That's a crap product, made in China, it can not be repaired, is made intentionally with crap screw those can not be unmount , or with special tool, so stay away....I use it only couple months .

2 tygodnie temu kupiłam VR303 i dziś po raz pierwszy uruchomiłam robota, kilka sekund odkurza i wyskakują błędy E2 00 i L0 00. Po sprawdzeniu błędów w instrukcji, czyli wyczyszczeniu itd...ten sam problem pokazuje - nie pracuje dłużej jak około 20 sekund. Jak sobie poradzić, aby działał dobrze? Czy jednak otrzymalam niesprawny robot i będe musiała zrobić reklamacje?

Tried this with ours. London's water is pretty hard so we needed to decalcify our steam mop. Did 3 rounds with vinegar and it's working as it did on the very first day. Good as new. No other maintenance needed. Thank you!
